Sorry, Andrew. The Task/Activity object in salesforce doesn’t contain that information…

Hi Andrew. The time that the email was received SHOULD be recorded when you add the email. The only situation where this may not hold is if we can't interpret the date/time of the email which should only happen if the user's date/locale settings are "unfamiliar" to us (e.g. "obscure" international formats or custom Gmail settings).
