Add to Salesforce button creates emails (including HTML version) instead of tasks (text only)
When I press Add to Salesforce in Gmail and relate an email to an open case, it creates a completed task which is listed in the activity history. I'd prefer if it created an email instead of a task. I'd like to see the HTML version of the email.

Automatically associate the whole conversation with a chosen contact/ case/ opportunity
I will save so much time NOT having to click "Add to Salesforce" and choose the same case/opportunity for every message in the conversation. Additionally, the contact displayed in the sidebar keeps changing based on the message's owner, which makes it even more difficult to associate properly.

Lead Source
Please consider allowing the user to specify the Lead Source. Currently when creating a Lead from an email, the Lead Source is set to Cirrus Insight. Perhaps is not defined, it could default to Cirrus Insight, but otherwise give them that control.

Create an "Add All" button to save entire gmail conversation to Salesforce
Instead of adding each email to SalesForce individually, I wish I could imply add an entire thread and associate it to an opportunity in one click. It would be great if I could click it again in the future and it would only add the NEW emails in the conversation. (It may also be a cool idea to be able to tag a specific conversation as "Auto Save" once associated to a contact & opportunity. That way I never have to think about it again.)

Please theme your buttons to match Gmail
In this image Boomerang has the button correct. Use the default CSS, drop in your logo, call it a day.

These are pretty rough and stick out immediately. You can modify them to mesh better along withe the reply button.

Allow emails to be automatically be logged to a contact, opportunity or other object
Rather than having to click "add to..." if I choose emails sent to or received from an individual be automatically attached to the object, it just does it for me.

International country code format for phones are ignored
We use insight with gmail for sfdc and when you create a new lead etc, and add a phone number +41 41 511 8008, the system drops the "+" sign.
The + is needed for international formats and must be added to work with CTI and VOIP systems. Now we have to go back into sfdc and edit each number to re-add the + sign.2 votes -
Be be able to turn off automatic phone number formatting
Today phone numbers gets automatically adjusted and formatted like (123) 333-5555. I would like to turn automatic formatting off so I can format the phone number as I like. Now it is not working with a lot of international phone numbers (like Swedish).

attach and send.
attached send is a beautiful product. If I'm sending an e-mail discussing two separate opportunities. Be able to select two or three opportunities to attached.

Edit salesforce data from Google Mail
It would be nice if you could change the inserted information directly from Google mail after having saved the information. Currently you need to go to Salesforce to make adjustments.

when adding email to Salesforce, give the option of adding link to Account
One can already link to opportunity or case, but for us it is important to add to account as well. People change companies. It is important that the emails are linked to the people and the accounts (companies) forever, even if the person is no longer linked to the account.

add a mail merge feature similar to Outlook/Word and still capture the details within SFDC
I typically use Outlook+Word for my mail merge instead of using the built-in SFDC feature, however, it would be nice to somehow do this with Gmail instead. Is this a possibility?

The email contact was not automatically listed on the opportunity record when logging an email
We like to log emails to vendors against an opportunity but do not need the contact name automatically listed as an "opportunity contact". Would be nice to be able to choose if a contact is listed or not.

Edit Contact or Account notes from Cirrus Insight
We often write ''Reviewed Account'' within notes in sf.com in notes. It would be nice to have this functionality with the cirrus window in Gmail

Parse highlighted/selected text like Copy2Contact.com.
Reduce clicks, copy and pastes by parsing a selected area, then allow me to just review the imported data before I finalize it. A great example of this functionality is done with the Copy2Contact.com for GoogleApps.

Prevent a Salesforce API call for select email accounts
To speed up Gmail, let me pick certain email addresses that I don't want to call Salesforce. For example, I'll never flag a HootSuite email in Salesforce, so it's a waste to search for the info. Cutting this out would speed up Cirrus' performance.
