Google Calendar Sync: Select calendar to sync.
In Cirrus Settings for Calendar sync, user should be able to select which calendar to sync

When adding email, allow association to *any* contact via search.
Right now once a user clicks Add to SF it locks in the associated contact based on the sidebar results.
It'd be great if the user could override the default association with a search. Basically, mirroring/replicating the sidebar search in the Add to SF screen would do the trick!
It's not intuitive to have to look up a contact in the sidebar then click Add to SF.
Example:
Bob sends Susan an internal email about Customer X's opportunity. Bob wants to associate with Customer X in SF. He should be able to click "Add to SF" then search for Customer…4 votesHi Jeremy. We’re planning something like this for an upcoming release.

add new e-mail address to existing contact
Cirrus seems to search by e-mail address for contacts. If an existing contact e-mails from a different e-mail address, it would be excellent if Cirrus searched also by name, and then there was an add to contact button, you could update that contact by adding the new e-mail address

It would be great if you could convert and Lead to a Contact and create the Opportunity from the tab. Converting is a daily grind.
Converting Leads to Contacts thus creating Opportunities. We convert 20 or so people a day and it would be so much smoother to be able to do it from the tab.

you could synchronize Salesforce Tasks to Google Tasks or Google Calendar.
I know that you can now synchronize Salesforce calendar with Google calendar but we rely heavily on Salesforce tasks. It would be nice if those synchronized with Google.

Calendar Sync would create events in Salesforce with the reminder flag set
Currently Calendar Sync will create en event in Salesforce that you have created in your Google Calendar. The problem is that the "Reminder" flag is not set and therefore the event never pops up in Salesforce. For users used to using Salesforce reminder as the "TODO" or "Checklist" this is a big problem, as there is no reminder to complete information on that event once the event date is over.

After I attached an email to an Opportunity, it would do that everytime as the default.
At least 99% of the time (if not 100% of the time) that I use Cirrus Insight to attach an email to SFDC, I want to assign it to the contact and the opportunity. It would be great if Cirrus Insight could default to this action, once I do it once with a contact.

automatically added emails to salesforce based on the from field in the email header
I find it laborious and counter-productive to have to add emails manually to Salesforce from Gmail via CirrusInsight (CI). I would like to be able to have CI add ANY emails in Gmail to Salesforce based on an email address match. For example, if an email comes in from bobama@whitehouse.us and I have this in my Salesforce contacts, then the email should be AUTOMATICALLY added. I there is no email address match then I should get a prompt to add the contact/lead etc.

When I sent an email it didn't automatically archive it
It seems like every time I send an email using Cirrus Insight, it auto-archives the email. Sometimes this behavior is desirable and sometimes not. It would be great to have that option

Search Contact Roles for related Opportunities
It seems that only Opportunities related to a Contact's Account are displayed, but it would be helpful to also leverage the Contact Roles functionality. We work many Opps that have more than one Account involved and we connect the players using the Contact Roles feature.
When a Contact loads, I would like to see all Opportunities for their Account and all Opportunities on which they are a Contact Role.

Do not sync private events
It would be great if you could filter out private appointments from Google Calendar so that they do not sync to SFDC.

Include a field to add the website of the contact
Everybody has a website nowadays. It would be a lot easier if we could type our leads' ones in cirrus instead of having to open Sales force.

Perform lookups based on telephone number
In our environment, we get voicemails forwarded by email with the caller ID as a clickable link in the body of the email. Sometimes the caller's name is correctly transcribed by the voice mail service, sometimes it's clearly audible in the recording, but often the caller ID is all I have to go on. With the understanding that phone numbers can be formatted every which way, with and without the country prefix and with or without leading zeros for the area code (common for in-country dialing), it would be great if could perform lookups via telephone number.

Send an invite for Cirrus Insight to a new-hire
It would be nice to be able to trigger an invite for the service for a new-hire. Most out the SaaS apps that we subscribe have some form of welcome email or invite and it's great for getting users started. Perhaps this could be paired with the purchase of the new license for the new-hire.
1 voteThanks, Rick. It’s a great idea and we’ll be adding it to the app.
